mixed experience at this location
old liquid low quality ingredients
the design had a good feel and the hotel itself was quite beautiful.
I was told there would be a welcome drink. it was spiced rum, yet i had to buy my own mixer. one of the cocktail cups had old liquid in it. breakfast was not good. The donuts seemed old, and the english breakfast used low quality ingredients.

separate sinks rainfall shower
The room included two separate sinks. A rainfall shower was also present in the room I chose which was great.
The parking fee felt a little high at £27 per night.

excellent stay with superb service
sea view helpful staff friendly service free bike
the food was great for lunch. the ambiance had beautiful sea views. the outdoor pool was a calming space. i found the staff very helpful. andre in the restaurant provided friendly service (he was very informative!). free bike hire was an amazing perk, encouraging local exploration.
the minibar charge looked on the bill despite not using it, and i never got a response.

the team at reception provided a warm welcome and offered all needed information. breakfast service was available, with an extensive menu and attentive staff. the restaurant staff was quick to assist with special dietary needs.

the room had nice toiletries. the bed felt very comfy, assuring a good night's rest. the blackout curtains ensured undisturbed sleep. the garden suite included a terrace with a cute bath.

the location is near the beach with convenient access to the pier. i noticed a shop nearby for essentials. shaded walks were easily accessible down to the beach. the hotel is also conveniently located near the private car park.

lovely food great service beautiful decor extra parking indoor pool cold pool
I enjoyed a good lunch at the restaurant. The seafood tasted amazing especially the prawns. The decor was beautiful too. I was also impressed with the amazing service.
I did have to pay extra for parking. The cost was £27. I felt the spa area indoors could have been better. The indoor pool was very cold
